Improving the Survey Experience for Healthcare Professionals: Could a Centralized Screener Database be the Solution?

We all know survey participant experience is a major issue in our industry, but are we actually doing anything to make it better (other than just talking about it)? I want to focus on research with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This is a limited audience. We need to take action with ideas that can actually improve their experience so they continue to provide us with the insights we need.

Enhancing Healthcare Survey Response Rates
Over the past 10-15 years, research project response rates among health care providers (HCPs), which includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and ancillary personnel, have been steadily declining. When asked, some of the major reasons why HCPs stopped participating or participate less often in marketing research studies, are: redundant screening questions, long screeners capturing information only to be disqualified, too long surveys, and overall less time to allocate to providing feedback despite increasing honoraria rates.

Since that time, the world of sustainability has changed dramatically.
